By registering as an alumni member of the Scout Movement of Jit Sin High School, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
**Personal Data Collection**
We collect your name, email address, phone number, graduation year, and a short personal description for the purpose of maintaining our alumni directory and facilitating communication among members.
**Use of Personal Data**
Your information will be used solely for the following purposes:
- To verify your identity and alumni status
- To display your profile in the alumni directory (visible to active members only)
- To send you communications related to Jit Sin Scout alumni activities
- To facilitate conversations within the alumni portal
**Data Sharing**
Your personal information will NOT be shared with third parties, sold, or used for commercial purposes. Your profile is visible only to approved and active alumni members.
**Accuracy of Information**
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information may result in removal from the directory.
**Conduct**
Members are expected to communicate respectfully and constructively. The moderation team reserves the right to remove any content or deactivate any account that violates community standards.
**Data Removal**
You may request removal of your account and personal data at any time by contacting the moderators at webmaster@jitsinscout.org.
**Acceptance**
By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
